Rocking The World!England lost to Croatia 1 – 2 after 120 minutes of game time (includes extra time). England’s defeat was disappointing but not totally unexpected, and I guess I will have to deal with it for the next four years or so. Hence, to cheer me up, I propose that this song become the new “anthem” for English fans.
Pretty much the (un)official anthem for the Three Lions squad (England, obviously). I had never expected them to go this far, and tomorrow’s semi-final match against Croatia will certainly be a history in the making. I think it is about time that Football Comes Home to where it belongs….England!
